• Education-Safety is an ongoing process and is taught by:
  

           *Weekly "Tool-Box" Safety Meetings

           *On-Site Safety Training

           *Foreman Specific Training

           *Hazmat Training

           *New Team Member Training

           *Annual Refresher Safety Training & Site Specific

• Equipment Safety- All hand tools, ladders, scaffolding, Heavy Equipment, ect., are very well maintained and inspected on a regular basis to ensure the well being of our Team Members and provide a safe work environment.
  
• Personal Protective Equipment- MSI Requires all of it's Team Members to wear the correct PPE for the given task at hand including hardhats, welding hoods, safety glasses, ear protection, Fire Resistant Clothing, ect.​

MSI has a very strict substance abuse policy that conforms to the guidelines of DOT and our customers which include:
         Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol Testing
         Monthly Random Testing controlled by a 3rd Party
         DOT Drug & Alcohol testing
