That expertise is evidenced by degreed personnel, professional engineering licensure and inspection certification per API 653. We ensure focus upon customer specifications, and compliance with API 650, API 653, API 620 Appendix R and AWWA D100 as appropriate. Subsequently, instructions, most typically detailed drawings, are developed for field execution of the repairs. All engineering drawings are prepared utilizing ACAD software, and provided to customers in format desired.

All Field Work is performed and supervised by experienced personnel. Weld Procedure Specification (WPS) and supporting Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) are prepared per the requirements of ASME Section IX. Additionally, all Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ) testing is performed third party. Only Certified Welders are allowed to perform welding.
